We have just learned that the Eighth Circuit has set oral argument for September 24 in St. Louis in Roe v. Crawford, No. 06-3108 -- the suit challenging Missouri's policy of restricting a woman prisoner's ability to terminate her pregnancy, if she chooses to do so.
While as amici we will not be appearing, we thought you would like to know about the upcoming oral argument. We also understand that the Eighth Circuit puts sound recordings of oral arguments on-line within a day after the argument, so you should be able to listen to the argument shortly after it takes place, if you so wish.
Here is a link to the Court of Appeals oral argument Web page. It will probably be easiest to search for the case by session (September 2007) and then scroll down to the case name.
