Duties
§      
Periodically write articles for the NASW-Missouri News Journal
§      
Report quarterly to the Board the activities of the Delegate Assembly Committee in preparation for the National Delegate Assembly
§      
Have preliminary slate ready for publication in the December NASW Missouri News Journal
§       Have final slate in March NASW Missouri News Journal
§       Ballots mailed to membership by March 15th
§       Ballots due to state office by April 15th

§    Compile a list of persons interested in becoming Board members for future elections
§       Have meetings or conferences calls with the committee members
§  Chair and Secretary counts ballots and notify Chapter office of results by April 30th
§  Election results published in NASW Missouri News Journal June issue

Expectations
§       Participate in NASW activities
§       Attend all Board  meetings
§       Conduct the business of the Chapter in accordance with Chapter bylaws
Qualifications
§       Member of NASW
§       Active in NASW at the regional level

Time Commitment
§       Moderate - three hours per week
